Order Info/Policies
ORDERING
To place an order just add the item to your basket, be sure to select the size, flat or wedge style sandal. If you would like to make any changes to the sandal just follow up your order with an email or a phone call to us. When ordering shirts be sure to order the design #, size and shirt style you would like your shirt to be made on i.e. short sleeve, long sleeve, etc. Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. This is due to the fact that our business is a custom order business and we are custom making your order just for you. Remember you are paying in advance for your order. Your order will be shipped 7-10 business days from the order date. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
If you prefer to place your order by phone you can reach us at 561-314-5758 and we will be happy to take your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are orders that are made specifically to your specifications and can either be phoned in or emailed. If you choose to phone in your order you will also need to confirm your order by email, this will serve as confirmation that your order has been placed.
NOTE: For all sandals customized with 100% Crystal AB a charge of $10.00 will be added to your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Twinkle Toes has the right to cancel an order due to typographical errors or for an item that is no longer available or out of stock. If you do not wish to choose an alternate style your original form of payment will be issued a credit. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. Once you have placed your order we allow up to 24 hrs from when the order is placed to cancel your order for a refund.
REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds. Since we do not stock any of our items everything is made to order. Twinkle Toes will gladly accept a one time size exchange for the same item if returned within 7 days of receipt of sandal. The exchange must be authorized prior to the return and a RA# must accompany the return. The item must be returned insured for the amount of the item. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, which means they cannot have been worn. The customer is responsible for the round trip shipping. The only items that are eligible for an exchange are the regular adult and children’s flip flops. Bridal flip flops and tee shirts are not eligible for exchanges.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship although most ship much sooner. Depending on the season, your order could ship in as little as 1 day. If you are in a rush please let us know and we will do our best to ship your order out asap. Allow up to 3 weeks for the license plate purses to be made and shipped.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days with delivery confirmation). Contact us for expedited shipping rates, services and international rates. We do have a large customer base in Canada and the UK. Most orders of 1-2 pair of sandals are estimated to be between $14-$20 for regular mail delivery.
WHOLESALE/FUNDRAISING ORDERS
We do offer wholesale and fundraising pricing and minimums. Please contact us for more information.

REPAIRS
We will gladly repair your sandals free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Although it is rare that a repair would be required, we want you to know that we are here for you. After that time, there will be a $10 charge plus shipping for repairs.
SALES TAX
Twinkle Toes is required by law to charge and collect sales tax on all products delivered to the State of Florida. All orders shipped outside of the State of Florida are not taxable.
